Merc spellhaste bug

Hello ppl.
When im playing my ministrel bard, and cast song of peace(which gives +5%spellhaste as u know) all caster mercs begin to do instant casts.Test it several times with different mercs.

I'm sure this bug is known.
All spellhaste modifiers on mercs dont wear off and can be stacked.
