hey that's my first robo skin what do you think about the skin?

I think it looks good , maybe remove the plain gray part at his neck? And make his upper arm abit smoother between the dark and the light (the darker part is usualy where you highlight so you have kinda made it the opposite, but I gues it works.)
And face could be smoother to , xcept from that I think it looks good.

And as I sad before. Is it possible to alpha out the ears?

It's pretty messy, and the shading (what little there is) is not very good.

okay i added some shadow's and hihglights to the head i re-skined the weapon and added shadow's but no i have a problem what do with the ears and what do with alfa? paint alfa with metal or with cabels? can you give me idea's (sorry for my bad english)

I use GIMP to, even if I can certainly agree with it being not the best.

Well, then you can select the erasor tool (it looks like a rubber). And paint with it on the ears to remove them.

I like your style Kazzo, but you might try to make skins for other models that the DemonHunter, that isnt the best model for do skins, you know? The wrap of the DH isnt very good.

CS3 or CS4 would be your best bet for a program, if you can't buy them (to be honest you shouldn't, they are hella expensive) you should stick with GIMP or another free program, or, of course, pirate it, but I'm not allowed to support that.
