In fact it comes with all the libraries needed to run independly. The xgm.ru version requires to be installed in WC3 path.

Hmmm, this is the same file I gave to -Grendel(a moderator here) and he didn't get any such thing. I just believe you just need to turn off your anti-virus just like on other applications(example: JNGP)
@moyackx, yeah xgm.ru version are supposed to be installed on war3 path. And didn't know that we have it on blizzmod
