You can use a method of moving a unit in very short intervals a short distance.

For example, every 0.05 seconds, move the unit a distance of 50 towards a certain points. From speed = distance/time, you can calculate this would give a total speed of 1000.

It's not the best way to do it, as when done incorrectly, it can cause a great deal of lag. There are lag free methods of doing this as there are knock-back like abilities on this website that move units smoothly with speeds greatly beyond 522.

EDIT: Also, if it's a dummy, you could also just use the "move unit instantly" action to make it appear where you want instantly.

To simply answer your question, No. What you can do (but takes time) is to reduce the size of everything by lets say 50% and then zoom in the camera, that will make units APPEAR faster since you are closer to the ground.|

{EDIT}
Unless you do what Damage said :gg:

It doen't appear so smooth with move trigger thing and 0.05 seconds of periodic trgger is a kind of laggy method. I will proceed with another method i guess. Thank you all for your time and for your answers.
