Matrix Eater doesn't remember game file path

Every time I run a new instance of the program it asks me again to set the game directory, even though I've put the Matrix Eater folder within the Warcraft 3 folder.

Sounds like a bug... I think it usually saves in "%UserProfile%/AppData/Roaming/MatrixEater" or "%UserProfile%/AppData/Roaming/JWC3" or "%UserProfile%/.jwc3/" folders, do you have any of those created on your computer?

It probably was failing to create them or something.

I don't have any of those folders created on my computer. Should I manually create them?
