Map won't work anymore :/

Heyo!

I'm just working on a demo for my project (link in my sig) and I just switched of my computer, 2 hours later, I switched it on again, and when I tried to open the map: an error comes: Error: Map can't be opened. Main-Mapdata can't be opened.

do you know what that means and how can I fix it? please help me and for help +rep.

PS: please, I'm sorry if this is the false forum, I didn't know where to put this instead :/ tell me then, and I will ask a moderator to move it.

Is it a campaign?
Try getting it back from your Test Map folder, where a backup is saved upon map-testing. In case this was the last map for you to test, there are high chances of retrieving it.

There is no explanation though why it suddenly stopped working. Did you import anything? If you did so, watch out of the following: https://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/modeling-animation-276/beware-corrupted-model-files-32891/

and jeah, I imported something, but that's older stuff. but thank you didn't thought about that test-map folder +rep

EDIT: thx, it works greatly, it's a bit older vers. though, but that isn't nessenary thx anyway
