Im 90% sure none of my periodic triggers are leaking.

Dont use any dummy units. Bullet projectile units are removed upon use.

You've got a creation trigger that fires every tenth of a second, I suspect that may be your problem. Did you try disabling any triggers to pinpoint the problem? I would start with this trigger.
