Map Rating

When you search for a map, the rating button helps, but wouldn't it be much easier if the filter placed not only those with the most rating, but those with the highest number of votes+highest rating?

maps come up that only one person has voted for and has a 5 rating...
it may have been the map maker...

this might be hard to put in the hive, but it would help, if it is possible....

Yea, i thought about it too.

'Sort by Number of rates', and 'Sort by highest rate (with atleast X rates)'.

its kinda annoying when i search and map comes up that has one vote for rating 5 and its at the top of the list because its new,

This is a problem at a lot of other sites too, but it's actually a good idea.

Do not worry about that, the staff would investigate it shall there been any suspicion about it.

No, it could not have been the map maker. You're unable to vote for your own map at all.
