This toggle-able field for maps sounds like it fixes the inaccurate PRD (psuedo-random distribution) for Warcraft 3. Whether that means having c values for Every % from 0 to 100, or whether that means simply using more accurate c values for every 5th percentage (5,10,15,etc) isn't specified. Does anyone know?

It means when you specify 90% in an ability field it is truly 90%.
90% as a PRD value? (which would be 88.89% for the first hit), or 90% as an RNG value?
And I'd guess its still every 5th percent based?
