There's a complete guide on how to import a mini-map image. If you can't figure it out or are having difficulty's, please give us as much information as possible so that we can help you out on setting this up.
Are you sure that your uploading the correct map?
Did you change the minimap image correctly for your map?
Is it working when your testing it offline?
