Map Description Fields

Is there a way to change the name, description, suggested players, and author fields to a longer string than normally allowed by the editor? I am accustomed to working directly with the map archive and the files that make up the map (with a hex editor).

In a normal map those strings can be found in the war3map.wts file, and yes, their length can be increased there.
