Map lobby description

I'm pretty sure I've seen some maps with a "lobby" description. I don't mean the regular map description when you're selecting a map but after you've selected and you're in the lobby with players. So how does one set such a description to a map? +rep for correct answer

You can't, well not with normal BNet I know for sure.

Nope. I have that description already in the map.

You CAN'T, because that area is used for Advanced Options information.
