Making skins work at regular WE

Hello, im new to importing skins, and i need help to do it, I think im doing one tihng right, i go to import files and import my skins but how can i activate them??

oh guys... just answer him...

1. import the skin file
2. double click it in the import manager
3. check "custom path"
4. remove the "war3importedfiles" part...
5. save your map and everything should be fine
