HELP WITH SKINS PLZ!!!+To rep for help

Ok Now Im Annoyed!!! Whenever I Try To Import Any Skins And I Mean Any Skins It Always Screws Up!!!! It Always Gives Me That Extremely Annoying Error Message Saying It Couldnt Load The Dang File!!! I Know Im Doing Everything Right Cause I Already Have A Couple Skins In The Map But Its So Annoying Since I Found So Many Really Cool Skins But I Cant Import Any Of Them!!!someone Plz Help!! The Lousy Admins Wont Even Reply To The Question So Im Hoping Some Kind Person Will Reply Soon!!!

The reason why admin/mods wont care is because this problem occurs sooo freaking often and new people wont bother learning how to use the SEARCH BUTTON, YES THE SEARCH BUTTON! or read some tutorials...
