After much deliberation, me and redmarine have finally fixed the dreaded camera bug

Expect non-shaky smooth gameplay in v1.19!

As far as I could tell, we had a few redundant actions lying around which means the camset loop trigger was running more than once every 0.01 secs xD

If I remember correctly he was supposed to make spells but for some reason he never finished.
