main screenshot on resource section problem

hey, why I can't change the main screenshoot of my resource? I have re-uploaded the image for more than 2x and have been waiting for more than 2 hours, why it doesn't change?

it's often hapenning to my another resources too, what's wrong?

firstly, have you refreshed your cache? (Ctrl + F5 on the page) tends to be the first issue people have with image changes
