Enable attachment and bump at Map Section

Some user always post an indepth screenshot of their map at map section just like I does.

But the problem is, after a period of time; the link would be dead and the screenshot would be invalid. This is because some of the screenshot was hosted at image hosting site.

So, why not enable attachment at map section? This would make it efficient and convenient for them and doesn't need to update the description shall the link no longer available.

Apart from that, some user would like to bump their resources to the front pages; however the need of update the resources is what turn down most of them as some of the map that doesn't need any necessary update because it doesn't contain bug. A good example would be a melee map.

So, why not add a bump function that move the map to the front pages but only could be use once every 48 hours.

It depends on how long the staff allowed it, probably a week, month or hours... just wait for their response at this moment.
