MAFIA error

I don't know if this is the right place to go, but whenever I start the game Mafia 1.57 and the game starts up I get this error as soon as it goes and I'm not sure why, I'm posting a picture of it too so please tell me if you have seen this error.

And before commenting make sure it is something useful to me, I don't comments saying oh this has happened to be before, I need a constructive comment please.
