I'm not sure if that map is the same as the one in the video you posted.
Unfortunately, the map was saved with the latest patch of World Editor, so you won't be able to play it on (maybe) pre-Reforged versions of WC3.

EDIT: Turns out that FeelMyRash pointed me a good answer. It's actually "Survivors of Argus" map.
Basically, it's just like the one I mentioned above (a modified melee map with Draenei custom race), but still works on older versions of WC3.
