A very old model from unreleased project made by TerranUp16, textures by Falco(?)
The geometry of model looks like it made by Tarrasque, if you compare the bulkiness of his Retributer model.

Back in ~2008 when I was first gathering all the GTW materials & saving it from the scrap-heap of history, I really hoped someone would come along & make use of all the half-finished models & such, finishing them up so the world could use them again.
It took almost 20 years
