Loot system.

Would this be like looting the exact items a hero had in his inventory when he dies or more like mob-farming where some random items are generated when it dies?
 
The random items sounds more cooler cuz I dont wanna add an item into every units inventory =D

In a nutshell, explain all the aspects of the map relating to the loot system you want so that we can get a better feel of what you're looking for.
