i see im some peoples signatures, they have a little type of prgram or soemthing that shows their map progress and/or what not. Where do i get this?

(An example of the prgram is:

Butthis one i saw, had a black background, and was really well done...even the "||||" were way smaller. it has to be a program he made himsself?

no, they re text tags... just click bold, italic, underline, change text size, colorize text, use background color... all can be done within simple post editor integrated on hive!
