Looking for maps...

Can anyone tell me some maps with:

1. Open world, good terrain(obligatory), do anything you want, not LoaP, not TKoK
2. Attending classes
3. Inventory system with attachemts (not Dark Invasion 2)
Any of those 3 would be good. I just need them.

Excuse me, but may I ask why do you need a map like this? It helps if we know what it's going to be used for, don't want to waste our time for something that might be useless.
