[General] Looking for an import tool

Is there currently a hive tool for importing items, units, spells and other objects into a map without writing over the current custom items?

I'm planning on making my own but I just want to know if I'm not wasting my time cause it would be kinda pointless if there is already one in existence.

Actual no, it could be extremely useful if you can create that tool. It saves people plenty of modding time.

Although it crashes on a friend's PC
