looking for a spell ?

im looking for a spell that does AOE damage and a formula for the damage example (agixlevel of spell or agixint)
so im basicly looking for this kind of spell:
the user cast's the spell on a unit, the casting unit is moving towards the unit selected by the (x) and then does damage to that unit and the unit's around that unit that are neutral or enemy's
i have searched in spells but with no luck
