This is a real live camera, operated privately by an Arab news agency (I think). Occasionally, you will lose picture, or it will lag. But yeah, it's up pretty much 24/7 if there is no interference.
I heard gunfire and stuff, right now there is a building smoking....
The camera changes positions automatically every now and again.
