Everbody heared from them: The linkbacks!
They are quite useful, however, they increase loading time of some topics drastically.
Example: here
I suggest by default only load the container (closed) and when clicking on it, actually load the content with JS.
It will make most pages faster to load and does not remove the functionality.
Also the page view won't screw up or the scrollbar disappears in a really small block.
What do you think?

Oh and suggestion2:
Remove the SESSION ID string and the s="" and actually create linkbacks with that. That will mostly remove doubled linkbacks.
