Life drain bug

If the unit received bonus hit points from Life Drain (meaning he exceeded maximum amount, this require Gameplay constants' flag), he won't fire "unit_damaged" event at all, while bonus exists allow to use GetEventDamage, returning 0. That means mapmaker won't be able to detect any damage received by "boosted" unit.

This removes all purposes of using this skill's feature at all.

Test map attached below (5th post).

Repro - suck some HP from footies and look at debug msgs
