Hi,
once upon a time i we were on a hunt - sneaky leaks lagging/crashing our beloved maps.
I killed even leaks that occure only once per game.
But the computers got better and better.
Can i focus today on frequent leaks (in triggers which fire every second or more) and ignore the rest?
Some opinions on this?

Yeah you'll probably be fine if you only squash the frequent leaks. Still, it's good practice; it takes little effort to stop leaks every time and a lot of effort to find leaks you forgot to fix when you could have.

RAM and CPU advancements have slowed down in recent years. The main advancements have been with GPUs, and that won't help with leaks.
