Hi, I'm working on a map and it has one unit that uses a blp that is 1.1MB and a mdx that is 1.8M.
The whole map file is only 11MB, so that's a pretty large chunk.
Does this reduce my map performances?
Is there a way to reduce blp/mdx file sizes? I tried searching the forum but only found very old programs that didn't work.
I managed to run War3ModelEditor, but didn't find that option there.

If it have a significant performance impact, I might remove it altogether as it isn't very important for the game.
Thanks!

Maybe try this. There was a lot of unecessary stuff in the model and I reduced the texture to 512x512 pixels.
