LAN Lobby - ‘Start Game’ button grays out when friend joins...

Title says it all. We are trying to play Gaia on LAN through hamachi.

Other maps work okay.
We have the 8 mb map extender
Both have matching versions (1.26) of warcraft and Gaia.

I can play the game fine solo, but when my friend joins the LAN lobby the start game button instantly grays out. Any ideas?

Updating to 1.28 solves most of these LAN issues.
