Save/Load on LAN?

So I play with my friends over LAN (not garena, normal lan) and there is a save button. But after saving the load button is still grayed out. We don't know what to do

In multiplayer games, loading a game means you host a new game from that saved point.You can't load during a game.

So how do I do that?

Do note that due to various game bugs, using the in-built save/load with most custom maps is not recommended. The results vary from out right crashing during load to the game breaking badly and becoming unplayable.
