Laethly Wintergaze - character from Rise of the fallen

I'm making a campaign about high elves, Rise of the Fallen. the main character is an high Elven priestess ( for more info. check my thread in the map development forum).

Since a few days, I can't decide if she become a blood elf or not, so please tell me what do you think
