Is there like going to be like a Rise of the Blood Elves Remake in terms of a Continuation of the Blood Elf Race in Warcraft 3's Custom Campaign that takes place during the Burning Crusade and such?

If you mean the custom campaign made by tomoraider... I'd say that it's pretty unlikely, based on his recent post:
