Hey, Im wanna make new spell but it is in JASS.

The question is:

How to make dragging spell using JASS????

If you are learning JASS you should probably start with basic spells, to get used to how it works.

There are good tutorials on starting with Jass here in the tutorials section. Like this one or this one.
As Mr_Bean987 mentioned, I'd suggest starting out with basic spells before attempting more complicated spells, such as a spell that damages a target unit, just to familiarize yourself with Jass. It's also a good idea to look at the other people's spells.

Your spell would have to use moving the unit periodically (with a timer) by SetUnitX/Y.

a better way is to ask...make a simple GUI spell, convert it to custom script then post
it here, then ask questions on how to make it better or ask what is this and that...

looking for other people's spell will be confusing for you, so I suggest you start from scratch...
