Jngp editor: More than 9 tilesets

Hi guys,
How do i make more than 9 tilesets with Jngp editor?
Can i change cliff types if i use the tileset called cliff base tiles?
I would appreciate your help.

Extensions > Edit tileset > pick your tileset > press OK > exit map (Without saving!) > open map with your tileset.
