Lower the brow to a natural hieght level. Also, give the brow a natural curve, ive never met anyone with perfectly cesent eyebrows.
The eye makeup needs to be blended into the ret of the face better, it stands out to much and give the appearance she got the shit knocked out of her.

Anyways, i lik the body, the cloth, the runes, very nice.

Aside frm the eyes, pretty nice skin.

almost everything about the eyes have been said..but i would also fix/remove the white stuff coming out of her eyelids. the eyebrows are a bunch of hairs, you made it in a such way it looks like a plastic object sticked here. you could make it more straight to the left, then make the right part curve towards the bottom and fade the right part too.
the rest is a bucnh of designs, nothing to talk about.
