Item Sets {changing an item's tooltip}

Is there any way of changing a items tooltip, because i want to try to make a item set system. And i really didn't want to make 20 items of the same with the different names lit up to show you had those pieces. If i could i would like to change to the tooltip. I might have to make a player tyep a command to see what pieces of the set they have.

I don't think you can change the tooltip by triggers. I suggest you use the "Game - Text Message" command to show how many pieces you have of a set.

If you want to gain bonus attributes etc when you have a set amount of pieces you will have to use all extra items I might be wrong but i think there is no other way if you don't want to make all bonuses as abilities

Well, I think that you really need to create like 30 items, I did 48 items for my map for the upgrade system. . . >> wana check it out?

Anyway back to the point. ..
I will suggest you to use a command -item1 for examples
then show the stats of that item

And is there another question about item set I see? Didn't quite catch it
