Devilspawn (R) ability (level 6) for my Duel of Gods map (Hero Siege/Arena/Aeon of Strife)
Made out of Felcloth, gunpowder and fire magics, the Itchy Scratchy dust is an unique trick crafter by the nasty Imp we all love (hate?) and know as Nach.
Itchy-Scratchy Pyro Dust: blasts targets arround you with your itchy scratchy dust, dealing 110 damage over 9 seconds. In each instance of the damage the target receives a ministun of 0.10 seconds.
Non-Heroes take the full amount of damage as instant damage instead.
Scalings:
+11 damage per Level
+33% Spell Power
Cooldown: 9 seconds
