Issues with maps and replays

There have been many issues with the keep-logged-in-system and it's also screwing up the maps and replays section so many of you cant upload your files. However I disabled the require-logging-in-to-download system so everyone can dl without being logged in.

yeah I do.. Sometimes I just am online more than 1 hour so I get logged out

yea I stay more then an hour sometimes. But the holidays are finished now and its back to school so i'll only be able to come here once or twice a day on school days.
