Issue with Animations Transfer (Retera)

Hello,

I am trying to make the High Elf Archer, a melee ranger.

So, I used High Elf Archer (Optimized) by Ujimasa Hojo as a base.
I removed the bow, arrows and quiver...

Then, I tried Retera Matrix Eater : Animation Transfer, and here comes the difficulties.

I used a Footman as source and did a full import.
Results: Bad.
Attacks animations are good (what I am looking for).
But, Death Animation (and bones) are broken, since the geoset (I think?) are not the same. So no more bones.
The Walk animation is ugly, etc...

So, I tried to only import Attack - 1 and Attack - 2 (I only want them).
It was not a total success.
There were two Attack - 1 and Attack - 2, so I removed the old one.
But the new ones (from Footman) are broken.
The head does not show, the animations are not smooth. This last point is due to Stand Ready missing in the Footman while Archer has one.
But the worst thing : the head disappears.

I have absolutely no ideas why.

I tried a lot of things:
Advanced - Rebuild as global sequence (Everything was broken)
Advanced - Time scale into pre-existing (weirds).

Any experts here?

Okay!

So after some hours I noticed another menu into Matrix Eater.
I was using "Single Import" in File.
However, in "Add -> Animation -> Single" it was much more easier.
So I think it's fixed now.

I replaced Stand Ready of Archer with Stand - 1 from Footman.
Attack - 1 and 2 were properly done (with the Head).

I just have to find a solution for important directly in the model the Captain sword. Attachments works but it needs proper triggers on several events.
