Animation tranfer? How i can?

I always using the program: Oinkerwinkles-Animation-Transferer

For transfers my animations, example:
- I want an Footman with Night Elf Archer, attack animation.
- Or i want an Priest with Footman meele attack animation.
Etc..

BUT, now i using the Win10, and the .exe of "Oinkerwinkles-Animation-Transferer", don't open or work on my computer more! :/

Anyone know an mode like or program of transfer animations? The "Oinkerwinkles-Animation-Transferer" don't work more on my system :c
