How to Transfer Animation?

How to Transfer Animation?
I know there is oinker tools called anim transfer
but i no longer can use that program now
because im now on window 8

so is there any alternate way other then using the awesome anim tranfer that cannot be used in window 8?

(or solution for me to able to use anim transfer)

You should have much better results with Matrix Eater, but I am not sure whether it works on 8.
