issue order move to problem

hi i made an trigger where a npc is send to a point in an area and has to move to an other point... he goes half the way than he stops and goes the whole way back again where i moved him instantly can someone help?

the trigger is

Timer expires

order (unit) to move to point ....

Creeps - Guard Return Distance
Creeps - Guard Return Time (sec)
