No, literally this model already exists. It's called the Frost Troll. The skin is just a little bit darker blue on that one. It has the axes and everything. The same goes for the skin he submitted. Donno about the ogre model though, but that looks kinda the same as the ogre magi.

It's the Forest\Dark\Ice Troll with the Troll Berserker skin on it. So yes, the model exists, but it's definitely not the Ice Troll.
