Is there a way to scale a special effect ?

Hey, sorry for the 2 threads, but I have anotherthing, I cannot think of.

Is there a way to scale a special effect created at e point?
(And is there a tutorial on lightning/special effect/cinematic modifications somewhere?)

Create a dummy unit and attach the effect to the unit. Then use "Animation - Change unit's size".

Use the model I attached. Import it, don't change the path. Use one of these attachment points:

origin
chest
overhead
