Is there any way to set the build progress for training a unit, researching an upgrade, etc. through triggers?

For example, is there anyway to say, change the progress from 0 to 70% instantly?

By the way, I need to be able to set it to any value, not just a predefined number.

I'm guessing this is impossible, but I figured it doesn't hurt to ask.

Hmm, i think i unfortunately have to agree with you. Its not possible :/
But there might be a slight chance it is possible. But i really doubt it.
Cus the game is made so a unit will always have to take 1sec to build as minimum (so nothing will lag i guess). But if you could just change it with triggers that wouldnt make much sence, would it?

So my answer must be: No you cant.
