Progress Bar Tutorial

Is it possible to create like a progress bar on top of a unit like the hp and mana bar. I was thinking of like 15 or 20 (depending on the number of intervals) different models of progress bar and just attach them to the overhead of the unit. But if there's another way, do tell me please.

But if not, can I request the model that I was suggesting earlier. Light Blue progress bar please.

There are plenty of bar-like systems or snippets - use the search engine or google though.

If you want to request a resource, it's not the right place to do so.

Well, those bars still need to be triggered in order to work.

If you mean "not so much a model", then what do you mean?
Without models, you can make something like IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII, but besides the color there won't be much variation.
Models seem like the best option to me.
