Is it Legal to release this model?

Hi people of Hive!

I was wondering if it is LEGAL to release this model... (pls.. don't be offended, i'm new to this)


(it includes a morph animation which separates the Fusion Sword into 3)




This model was taken from Bleach vs Onepiece.... (I'm not going to say what version it is.. for the same reason i posted this thread)

do you have the permission of the creator?i've seen maps with no permission that have been rejected for that,and i think it's the same thing with this.
