Is it good to exceed Doodad limit

I've been using doodads A LOT in order to make my terrain look grand. However ive recently gotten a warning saying that I exceeded 8120 doodads or something, but it still allows me to plant more doodads and save my map. Will this affect something??

I would recommend using JNGP. It has no limit. I have a couple maps that aren't even finished that have over 30,000 doodads and I haven't had any problems. You can download it here http://www.hiveworkshop.com/threads/jass-new-gen-pack.279576/

So basically it's an add-on that can remove doodad limit/etc.? Will I have to do any changes to my map???

No you won't. But you may not be able to use normal world editor again for your map once you've used JNGP feature for it.
